Chiva magazine visits SOS Children's Village Chiang Rai

CHIVA magazine went to SOS Children's Village Chiang Rai in Thailand and came smiling. Home to 140 children SOS Children's Village Chiang Rai came into being in 2006. The children are growing in the care of SOS mothers and all of them are attending school. 

Chiang Rai is situated in north of the country and considered as a region full of problems. Many children in the border area need immediate help.

Sự kiện này được tổ chức sẽ giúp cho cộng đồng xã hội hiểu hơn về các hoạt động của Làng Trẻ em SOS Việt Nam đã và đang thực hiện, từ đó kêu gọi cộng đồng chung tay g...óp sức cùng Làng Trẻ em SOS Việt Nam mang lại mái ấm gia đình cho các em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.

SOS Vocational Training Centre in Monaragala became centre of excellence where young people below the poverty line take admission and think about their future.

SOS Children's Villages regards it essential to make school and vocational education available to all children in SOS Children’s Village programmes. SOS Children's Village Jakarta on Axiata Voices of Asia

It's worth watching the innocence of boys from SOS Children's Village in Jakarta; how they expressed their dreams and their worldviews. Their excitement and anticipation while charting out the solutions for the communities gives us a hope for the future.

AXIATA (One of the largest Asian telecommunication companies based out in Kuala Lumpur) came up with 'Voices of Asia', a television programme with AXN to reach out to the children from across Axiata's footprint in Asia and getting them to express their hopes and dreams for the communities they lived in.

At Cibubur on the outskirts of Jakarta SOS Children's Village came into being in 1984. Since then many success stories have been scripted. Children having difficult past are now growing up happily and sharing their dreams and expressing themselves with confidence in SOS Children's Village Jakarta. They are receiving education too but to excel in life they need your support.
